Services and Treatment Packages

Full refund for unrendered services: Pre-paid services or treatment packages that have not yet been rendered may be refunded in full if requested within 90 days of the original transaction.

No refunds on rendered services: All services that have been rendered are non-refundable. Aesthetic outcomes vary by individual, and results are not guaranteed. If you have concerns about the outcome of your service, please contact us within 72 hours for an assessment and to discuss possible resolutions.

In-spa credit for unused portions: If you wish to discontinue a package after some services have been rendered, the remaining value of the unused services may be converted into an in-spa credit to be used towards other services or products. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.

Medical Devices

Exchanges within 6 months: Medical devices may be exchanged for up to six months from the date of purchase, regardless of whether the reason is a manufacturer defect or dissatisfaction with results. Customers may choose to exchange for the same model, a different device, or apply the value toward another product of equal or greater value. Proof of purchase is required.

Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges: For the health, safety, and protection of all our clients, all product sales are final. Due to the nature of cosmetics and skincare, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products once they leave our premises. This ensures that every item we provide is new, unused, and uncompromised in quality.

Financed Purchases

Refunds for purchases made using third-party financing will be processed back through the financing provider in accordance with their policies.
