Please give 24-hour notice to change or cancel appointments. We have staff, equipment, and a room reserved just for you during your scheduled appointment. Any no-shows or cancellation failures without a 24-hour notice will result in the treatment cost being applied to your appointment.

We kindly ask you to be punctual, preferably arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, so we can prepare you for your treatment. If you are 15 minutes late we will not conduct the treatment and your appointment will be rescheduled.
